This is in "The Crypt" of our nation's Capitol Building - exactly 2 floors below
the Rotundum. The height inside the Capitol, from the floor where various
Presidents have layed in state to the top of the dome, is tall enough so that
The Statue of Liberty could fit inside.


 
Below is a picture of Dr. Finkelson taken on the Ventnor City beach
in 1963.  Dr. Finkelson's first summer job  was as a  chair boy. He's the cute little "guy" in between the older life guards.
