I of course am all finished with my orthodontic work, but you keep me in the information loop and I am grateful for that as I am really in awe of your ability to make a substantial difference in our community. How we treat people and what we do has such a huge impact that is not often acknowledged openly, and the just plain good feelings that you and your staff generate can change a person's whole attitude just from coming into your office and being around you all. Or from getting such a caring letter re money management in tough times. I have learned from my own business that we never know how we will touch people or what influence our actions may have.
